Located on a hill, the hotel offers impressive views. the restaurant staff are accommodating, providing high chairs for families with kids. the swimming pool and spa area are a nice addition to the modern and clean rooms.
The doors of the rooms close loudly, which can be a disturbance to guests.

The New Year experience was fantastic. Enjoyed the wonderful views of the surroundings that surrounded the hotel. the hotel had a great spa area that was relaxing and perfect for a winter break. the outdoor activity options like hiking and cycling that were available added another level of enjoyment to the stay. the breakfast buffet was rich and satisfying.
The rooms were too small and the door of the room closed too loudly, disturbing the tranquility. the room felt uncomfortably warm during the winter, shocking considering there was no AC available.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location on a hill above the town gave us breathtaking views of the surroundings. It was truly picturesque and added to the overall luxurious experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room service was impeccable, and the housekeeping kept everything spotless. We also loved the on-site spa and wellness center. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation after a busy day.

I spent my New Year's Eve in a hotel with great facilities: a spa area and a swimming pool. The area was also perfect for hiking and cycling, not to mention the beautiful views. The breakfast was rich and abundant, which was more than enough to fuel up for a full day of activities.
I have to warn future guests that the rooms were uncomfortably warm in the summer. There were no AC or fridges available in the family rooms, which are not suited for couples at all.

The location on a hill above Bergneustadt is impressive. Friendly and accommodating restaurant staff. Perfectly designed hotel with sound quality. Rich breakfast, comfortable and big rooms. Wellness facilities including swimming pool and saunas. Great place for dinner. Free parking.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location on a hill with impressive views makes it a great place for hiking and cycling. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
